Terms of Service

Welcome to TheFastyle. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TheFastyle mobile application and services ("Service"), provided by TheFastyle Team ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 14 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you may only use the Service with the consent of your parent or legal guardian.

Regional Age Requirements:

South Korea: You must be at least 14 years old.
Mainland China: You must be at least 14 years old.
Vietnam: You must be at least 16 years old.
Thailand/Indonesia: You must be at least 21 years old or have parental consent if unmarried.

2. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided proves to be inaccurate, not current, or incomplete.

3. Virtual Try-On & AI Services

The Service utilizes Artificial Intelligence (AI) to generate virtual try-on images.

Input Content: You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to the photos you upload. You must not upload photos of other people without their explicit consent.
AI Accuracy: The generated images are simulations. We do not guarantee that the virtual fit, color, or texture will exactly match real-world products.
Prohibited Use: You may not use the AI features to generate sexually explicit, hateful, violent, or illegal content, or to create "deepfakes" intended to deceive or harm others.

4. User Content & Conduct

You retain ownership of the photos and content you upload ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you (e.g., generating try-on results).

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

Violating any applicable law or regulation.
Infringing upon the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
Harassing, abusing, or harming another person.
Reverse engineering or attempting to extract the source code of the App.

5. Subscriptions and Virtual Credits

The Service may offer subscriptions or virtual credits ("Credits") for purchase.

Final Sale: Except as required by applicable law, all purchases are final and non-refundable.
Expiration: Credits may have an expiration date as specified at the time of purchase.

Regional Refund Policies:

South Korea: You may cancel a purchase of unused Credits within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. Used Credits are not refundable.
Taiwan: You have a 7-day right of rescission for digital goods, provided they have not been used/consumed.
Mainland China: We comply with the Consumer Rights Protection Law regarding digital goods.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of TheFastyle and its licensors.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We comply with applicable data protection laws, including PIPL (China), PIPA (Korea), PDPA (Singapore/Thailand/Malaysia), and others.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TheFastyle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (SAR), without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Local Law Overrides:

If you are a consumer residing in China, Japan, Korea, or other jurisdictions with mandatory consumer protection laws, nothing in these Terms shall deprive you of the protection afforded to you by those mandatory provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes through the App. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
