This policy is designed to comply with applicable privacy laws in the markets we operate, including but not limited to the Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL) of China, PDPO (Hong Kong), PDPA (Macau, Taiwan, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia), APPI (Japan), PIPA (South Korea), DPA (Philippines), and PDPD (Vietnam).

1.1 Information You Provide

Account Information: Username, email address, phone number, password, and profile picture.
User Content: Photos you upload for Virtual Try-On, wardrobe items, posts, comments, and likes.
Body Data (Biometric Information): To enable our Virtual Try-On feature, we analyze the photos you upload to detect body pose, shape, and facial features. This data is used solely for generating the try-on result and is not used for identity verification.

1.2 Information Automatically Collected

Device Information: Device model, OS version, unique device identifiers (IDFA/IDFV), IP address, and language settings.
Usage Data: Interaction logs, feature usage statistics, and crash reports.
Location Data: Approximate location based on IP address (we do not collect precise GPS location without your explicit consent).

2. Purpose of Collection & Use

We use your data for the following specific purposes:

AI Processing	To analyze your uploaded photos and clothing items to generate realistic fashion visualizations.

3. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell your personal data. We may share your information with:

Service Providers: Cloud hosting providers (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) and AI processing partners who assist in operating our service. They are bound by strict confidentiality agreements.
Legal Requirements: If required by law, court order, or government regulation in your jurisdiction.
Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, sale, or asset transfer.

4. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in servers located outside your country of residence (e.g., Singapore, United States). We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent mechanisms required by local laws (e.g., China's PIPL cross-border transfer rules, Korea's PIPA requirements) to protect your data.

Depending on your location, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

Access & Correction: You can view and edit your profile information directly in the app.
Deletion: You can request the deletion of your account and associated data via the "Delete Account" option in Settings.
Withdraw Consent: You can withdraw permissions (e.g., Camera, Photo Library) in your device settings at any time.
Data Portability: You may request a copy of your personal data in a structured format.

6. Data Security Measures

We employ robust technical and organizational security measures to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of your data:

Transmission Security: All data exchanged between the TheFastyle app and our servers is encrypted in transit using industry-standard SSL/TLS protocols (Transport Layer Security) to prevent interception.
Storage Security: Your personal information and uploaded content are stored on secure cloud servers protected by AES-256 encryption at rest.
Client-Side Security: Sensitive credentials (such as authentication tokens) are stored securely on your device using the native security enclave (e.g., iOS Keychain) to prevent unauthorized access.
Access Control: Access to personal data is strictly restricted to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis and is subject to multi-factor authentication (MFA).

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy or as required by law.

Account Data: Retained until you delete your account.
Try-On Images: Original photos are retained to allow you to reuse them. Generated images are stored in your history. You can delete these manually at any time.
Temporary Processing Data: Deleted immediately after the AI process is complete.

8. Children's Privacy

Our service is not intended for children under the age of 14 (or the relevant age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If we become aware that a child has provided us with personal data, we will delete it.

9. Specific Regional Disclosures

South Korea (PIPA Compliance)

Items Collected: Email, Phone, Device ID, Photos.
Retention Period: Until account deletion or 1 year for inactive accounts (segregated storage).
Destruction: Electronic files are permanently deleted using technical methods that make the records unrecoverable.

China (PIPL Compliance)

We act as the Personal Information Handler. Your sensitive personal information (e.g., biometric features extracted for Try-On) is processed only with your specific consent (obtained via app permissions and usage action) and is strictly necessary for the function.
